LeBron James and his daughter Zhuri Nova James have received the animated treatment in a new cameo on Disney’s Cartoonified! With Phineas and Ferb.

The Los Angeles Lakers superstar appears alongside Zhuri in the latest short-form installment of the Disney Channel series, which reimagines real-life figures as animated characters inside the Phineas and Ferb universe.

The episode represents the first time the show has featured a real-life father-daughter pairing and also marks the first appearance by a professional athlete in the Cartoonified series.

LeBron and Zhuri attempt 300-point shot challenge

In the episode, LeBron James and Zhuri take on a 300-point trick-shot challenge presented by Phineas and Ferb within a highly stylised animated setting.

The sequence features floating trampolines and flying sharks as the pair attempt to complete the exaggerated shot.

Zhuri ultimately converts the 300-point attempt, sealing the challenge in the short. When asked to do a 3000-point trick shot, LeBron asks the brothers to animate Luka Doncic instead.

The episode is available on Disney+, Disney Channel, and Disney Channel Animation’s official YouTube channels.

Another off-court moment for 41-year-old Lakers leader

The appearance adds to James’ previous ventures into animation, including his starring role in the 2021 film Space Jam: A New Legacy.

The 41-year-old continues to balance entertainment projects with on-court production during his NBA career.

James is averaging 22.0 points, 7.1 assists, and 5.8 rebounds per game this season, with the Lakers holding a 33-21 record and sitting sixth in the Western Conference.

While his primary focus remains on leading Los Angeles during the campaign, the cameo alongside his daughter provides another notable off-court highlight.
